Is frtyusgf.com an Untrustworthy Online Store?

I ordered an electric power washer for 109.97 from weifnverw on July 15th 2019 and still have not received it and have absolutely no way to contact them. It's been a month and a half and no delivery as of this day. How do I get my money refunded back on my credit card?

Open a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded. Then, cancel the credit card you used on the website and get a new one to stop further unwanted charges.

I ordered a murphy bed mid-June. I paid door the expedited service. As if Aug 26, no bed. I started emailing them about a month ago. They responded back saying there were some issues but it will come. I emailed again a couple of weeks later saying please refund my $15 I paid for faster service.

He ignored that but assured me they are not a scam...then I received a package from China and it is a plastic phone stand...says the value is $5.44. I emailed them again threatening to repeat their scam. I asked for my $15 by the end of the week. Again an I’m sorry, we are legit. The last email I received said they will send my money back and sorry for the issues. I have nothing as of yet so I am reporting them a scam to my bank. I wish there was a way to alert FB so they pull their ads.

Never received the grill we ordered. Could someone please help us.

we ordered the Murphey Bed. They sent us 3 plastic toys. Cant reach anyone now. Disputed with credit card company. Total Scam.

I had the same experience as the user above. Ordered the Murphy bed and paid for expedited service. More than two weeks later I still have nothing. I was sent a text with an update that it was on it’s way after day 2 but when clicking the link I get the error code 402 I believe and “page no longer exists”. I will contact the mail tomorrow. I’m so disappointed. I agree that FB should screen their advertisers more closely.
