Was told an item was $50 but got charged $127!

I ordered a backpack and wallet and was given a tracking #. It went thru all the tracking until it supposedly made it to the US then nothing. Ordered in Jan its now March. Sent their customer service a message got a generic message back about the pandemic impacting shipping etc and they will send a new one in 3-5 days. 5 days went by I sent another message ingot the same generic message back. I responded that yeah I got that communication 5 days ago I want my order reshipped. Willing to bet I'll have the same issue

Update: still having the same issue. Seems once it makes it to the US the tracking stops and it gets lost

now May 30 and they have stopped responding to all inquiries. super scam, they give u support until the period for a charge back is up for most banks

These guys are crooks. I ordered two customized Harry Potter wallets for me and my best friend and I was given a "tracking number" and as soon as it supposedly came here, I never got an update. I tried reaching them via email, Facebook, etc. The phone number on Google is a stranger's number. I tried spamming their Facebook and then their page ultimately blocked me. Scammers. I repeat, scammers.

I ordered from thenoveltygift.store and never received my item and their customer service does not respond. I ordered august 2022 and never received a refund either. It was too late to dispute the charge with the bank. The address and phone number that used to be listed on their site were both fake and belonged to different random people who spend months trying to get their info removed. I tried to leave a review on their facebook page and they blocked me. This website is a SCAM!!!

Same thing happened to me. I've sent countless emails to Novelty and the courier. No response. I was even blocked in Facebook. So sad. Wish I had known this before purchasing.

This happened to me as well. I disputed a transaction with my bank. Praying that I get my money back. They are complete scammers. And same thing happened to me, straight up blocked me as well. Never. Buy. Again.

They sent me a tracking number and the website to track it but when I put in the tracking number it's not found!

I ordered a product through Novelty Gift Store - an effervescent cleaner. It didn't work nearly as well as the website showed or promised. But there was a money back guarantee. However, after multiple contacts, they never got back to me. Their money back guarantee is no good.

I ordered the Smartwatch with 360 Rotating HD Camera from NoveltyGift and received instead smart bracelet TLW08. Nothing like the product ordered. Furthermore, I researched and found that they are misleading many customers and are a bunch of scams. Their address on their website is fake and does not exist to be the case.

Delivery of the product came after numerous followups to no reply at all. Product delivery address is Romm 210, No. 5 Fuqian Second Street, Tianzhu County, ShunyI District, BeiJingShI Beijing 101300, China.

A word of advise " always re-check web address before ordering. A bunch of scam artists.

I ordered exactly the same Smartwatch and I also received the bracelet, piece of junk! TOTAL SCAM.

This company does not send the product that is advertised; its a rip off company

I ordered a 1080p Drone for $99 on 7-9-2018. I did receive a tracking number but still have not received the product. The tracking number is idle and last update was on 7-20-2018 in New York City.

After emailing the company several times with no response I decided to open a dispute with Pay Pal. A few minutes after opening the dispute I receieved a response from the company which is probably just an auto responder as follows:

"Dear Customer

We are reminded of your information and think highly of your complaints. So we promise that you will get our quick respond within 48 hours and appropriate favour from us. Hoping you can understand and waiting patiently."

I have no hope for ever receiving this product nor my $99 back. Buyer Beware!
