Sent their customer service a message got a generic message back about the pandemic impacting shipping etc and they will send a new one in 3-5 days. 5 days went by I sent another message ingot the same generic message back. I responded that yeah I got that communication 5 days ago I want my order reshipped. I tried reaching them via email, Facebook, etc. The phone number on Google is a stranger's number. I tried spamming their Facebook and then their page ultimately blocked me. Scammers. I ordered august 2022 and never received a refund either. It was too late to dispute the charge with the bank. The address and phone number that used to be listed on their site were both fake and belonged to different random people who spend months trying to get their info removed. I tried to leave a review on their facebook page and they blocked me. This website is a SCAM!!!
