I highly discourage you from ordering anything from this company.
I ordered 3 sets of icing tips, buy one and basically get 2 more sets for 1/2 price.
I received one complete set and 2 incomplete sets.
After going back and forth with them for 5 months, they said they would re-ship the order, and I received one more complete set.
Now it is 6 months later and I'm still trying to get the third set from them.
Their incompetence and lack of timely response and resolution is unbelievable.

I have ordered the grey bag but what I received instead was a beige one (which wasn’t even advertised on their sites). The texture is very different. I asked for an exchange and the customer service told me what I had was the grey one when I had the photo proofs to show it wasn’t. This is unbelievable. They didn’t consider my request for refund. The bag quality isn’t fantastic too. Material feels and looks thinner than what’s advertised. Shoulder strap is short too and not extendable. This will be my last purchase with them.

Cityodessey are a terrible company. I bought a bag costing $30.96 as it looked good in the advert and so much better than those on Ebay for less money.

I decided to go for quality, but what arrived was cheap rubbish. It should have had 2 pockets at the side, but these didn't exist. The back should have folded out completely to reveal the main pocket, but instead it zips on 2 sides and its difficult to see in to.

The material is cheap rubbish and it looks it too. Total rip off and they will not give refunds except for damaged or defective goods, and they will not accept that this bag is in fact defective as it doesn't do what it says in the advert. DON'T buy from these people.
