I have tied several times to get a straight answer from zokie jewelry and find myself having to resort to this. I wish only to return a purchase I am not happy with and cannot get a response as to where to send it for a refund. I am not sure , but I think they are hoping time run out and I wont be able to return it. So when they say easy returns this is not the case. cynthia.
