Please don't buy anything from Beeshopee.com because the website is a scam. While watching the Blacksheep YouTube channel, the website beeshopee.com advertised a phone. I ordered the phone from beeshopee.com and paid for it via Razorpay. It has been 6 months now, but I have not gotten my product. I have been trying to contact them via mail and phone, but they are not responding and the customer support phone is not reachable.
For online shoppers who have been scammed by beeshopee.com, you can file a complaint at razorpay.com. They will negotiate with the vendor and will initiate a refund. Here are the instructions:
- Go to https://razorpay.com/support/
- Click Raise a request
- Select 'I am a customer'
- Select ' 'dispute a payment' under What is the nature of your request?
- Enter your payment ID (check your e-mail box for the subject Payment successful for Bee Shopee)
- Type your description and enter your e-mail id and mobile number
- You will get a confirmation mail, once they have refunded amount
