Is Sanirise a Scam or Untrustworthy Online Store?

Sanirise located at sanirise.com is an untrustworthy online store. Online users are advised to stay away from the untrustworthy website because those who shop from it run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

I received a box of their sanitizer, but I have never ordered from them, and I am highly suspicious of Chinese-made hand sanitizer. Why would I get a free box of sanitizer I didn't order?

Total scam; ordered March 19. Sent numerous emails asking where my order is and kept getting dumbass responses. When I asked to cancel my order they said it had shipped. I asked for a tracking number and of course they sent me a form email saying tracking numbers provided when orders are ready, etc etc. Finally on 5/29 I sent another demanding cancellation and refund and within minutes got a “shipping label created” message but of course on 6/13 it’s still not shipped. Credit card bank has taken it over with a charge dispute.

Not only was the order delayed and delayed but I have sent numerous emails to cancel the order and until they generated a shipping label I got no response - it wasn't until it shipped that they only offered a 20% refund! American Express took care of it.

Yep been waiting for over two months. Received an email saying that because of the virus things are being delayed. Total BS!

Scam, my order has not been delivered for 3 months for hand sanitizers, they been messaging saying it’s gonna be delayed again and again for 3 weeks, over and over again. Issued a dispute through my bank and now they’ve contacted me about the dispute saying “the refund is on hold and they’ll only refund if I cancel the dispute and they’ll refund me.” Nope, don’t believe in that also, just continue with the dispute.

I ordered a small order or sanitizer in Mid March. It is now April 22 and no product. I believe it is a scam company.
