Online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the same store. On April 15, 2020, I place an order with this company, and here it is July I haven’t received my order. They sent tracking numbers but can’t track it, so what do I need to do.

I ordered May 4,2020....received a confirmation May 15 that my package had been shipped. After following the tracking number the package was shipped to somewhere completely different. The website is not reachable. Nor is there any way to contact company to inform them I never received my purchase. After reading reviews it's a SCAM company. I had to contact my CC company to dispute the charges.

this Maria Carrillo, I placed an order on 4/20/2020 and then another email saying your order is on the way on April 27 I received a confirmation number saying your order is on the way this is the Tracking# yt2011821266212401 An yet I have received no items, no emails and not able to track item
