The Jackson Police Department is warning the public about a door to door face mask scam. Apparently there are individuals going to citizens' homes asking them to try on a mask to protect them against the Coronavirus(COVID-19). THIS IS A SCAM! Do not answer your door for individuals asking you to try on a mask for protection against the coronavirus. Again THIS IS A SCAM! Be cautious and be safe. If anyone knocks on your door asking you to try on mask dial 911 immediately.
