Same. I ordered a cat house on April 19 and finally on August 7 I received a tiny wooden box house. Luckily I paid through PayPal so I had filed a dispute and got a refund. I then got an email from lady harborful that I am now banned from shopping there. Lol...what a joke!

That’s what the scammers want you to do get your money back through your bank ,credit card. Did you go through PayPal? You file a dispute and PayPal go after them and get your money back

Try them. My credit card company was able to issue me a refund for the total price I paid.

I too ordered a cat tree from these people and only got a small woooden box big enough for just a mouse!

I filed a disipute with paypal, but now I have to pay return shipping costs and upload the tracking number before I get a refund. There is no way to contact paypal once a dispute is "resolved", which is what happens when the seller agrees to refund you your money. Problem is the return shipping to China is more than I paid for the item in the first place.

Such a rip-off. Now contacting my bank.

I ordered the same grill, and never got mine, either. Instead, I received a useless piece of screen. I sent several emails, to no avail. I put it into dispute with my credit card company.

I also ordered 2 cat trees I saw in an ad on FB. That was on May 1st! When I called the number provided, it's a furniture company in Delaware! This is completely unacceptable, and they must be stopped. They are scamming people left and right every single day. Can you imagine the money they're raking in?

Got scammed I am going to be using * instead of facebook because they don't care for their users and only want hits to keep their stockprice high. They don't care to check any ad that is posted on their website.

I was scammed by that cat tree ad on Facebook. They showed they were in Canada, but in fact was from Hong Kong, China.

I've already placed a comment with my experience with LadyHarborful but I just wanted to add......why does Facebook allow these sorts of ads to run on our news feeds? They should be ashamed of themselves!!!! Check out these so called companies before you allow them to run their ads! It makes me mad that these folks are allowed time and time again to take folks hard earned money! They need to get a real job and stop earning their money through scams!
In case my first comment isn't posted, I too ordered a cat tree from Ladyharborful on April 28th. I have now escalated a case with PayPal, letting them do all the corresponding with them. I just kept getting the same message through my PayPal account that they were sorry that I had not received my shipment and that it was being sent. The bunch of liars!! Hopefully I can at least get my money back!!!

I ordered 4 indoor Smokeless grills over a month and a half ago & even got an order #. 2 were supposed to be Mother's day gifts, 1 was a birthday gift & 1 was for our use in our house. I think I got scammed...and, you are right FB shouldn't let anyone advertise before they are checked out as ligament company. My bank called and said it was in Hong Kong and on the ad it was from Canada, Canada I trust, but not Hong Kong. I should have listened as red flags up with bank.
