Is Botacal World a Scam? Review of the Online Store

Botacal World located at botacal.world is a scam online store. I ordered a kayak which was priced much lower than other sites(first clue that should have alarmed me). The website looked legitimate and someone spent a lot of time setting up the website. The website had an address of the company in the US( Oregon) but after completing order payment was to China. I received no tracking info on the item until I complained to PayPal and there has been just about no communication from the company. I ended up receiving a small package of face masks instead of the kayak. Paypal states refund is possible if the item is returned but I can already see that they will state they never received it.

Same happen to me, ordered Kayaks as they had been pretty low in price. I got the response from China after payment. I got tracking information through EMS and received a package of face masks. I complaint and they react prompt. Promised to ship now the right product. I got again tracking information, but these works only on a special EMS side. After three weeks of transportation the shipment got lost in my home town.
I complaint again and they offered to refund. After I've agreed they came back and told me they only can refund 60%. Of coarse I complained again now we are at 70%.
My guess is, these is all a scam I will not get my money back. I will work on these for another week and than use the credit card leverage.

Ok, some more negotiating and they agreed to refund my money within of 5 to 10 days no exemption.
Of coarse the money was not refunded after 10 days, so I used the credit card leverage.
I can only warn to try to make any business with these guys. The web address has changed now a few times and is getting tricky to keep track. The official www.botacal.world side is not active anymore.
