I ordered and payed for a lift trolly that never came and now the web site is not available, advertised on facebook.
I ordered the inflatable spa - received a very small package with shipping label stating contents - '1 Swimming Pool'I did get a watch, which I don't want. I rang phone number on shipping label - it's D H Gate. Was transferred to a man who as soon as he heard me speak English, hung up.Will contact DH Gatein Australia & see if they can help.
I paid for a hot tub. They sent me a blow up childrens's pool. #40302
I also ordered and paid for a hot tub and got the same blow-up children's pool. do not order from these people or the following sites. Supergomall, superrunmall, and the phone number they are using is 314-892-1855 is for a store called Cotton Baby in st louis mo.Next to the number is this address Dongzhuang Village, Funing Town, Yuanyang County do not trust them!!!!

Yes stay away. I ordered an inflatable hot tub and received a kiddie inflatable pool.I didn't know until after I placed the order that the goods were coming from China either.
