I ordered the nugget ice machine and after 3 months of awaiting the arrival and numbers of emails back and forth, today I received a parcel in the mail, a pair of tongs, cooking tongs!
Very very disappointed, will be contacting my back to chase up the denoting account!
Have email the company also.

I ordered a nugget ice maker from this company. I came across the ad on Tik Tok. They need to better monitor who they allow to buy ad space. It's now 40 business days as of tomorrow and I don't have my product. I'm going to file a claim with PayPal tomorrow to receive a refund and report this company.

I purchased this item using PayPal purposefully, in case it was too good of an offer to be true and it was. I emailed the company Autdisplaytvt and they told me to ask my neighbor about my missing package... it laughable honestly.

I have ordered the same product via TikTok, I today after 3 months have received a set of cooking tongs.
Will be chasing up with my bank in the morning.
