This company is a big time scammer and they need to be closed down as soon as possible!

I purchased two items to be sent to two different locations and they sent me a phone stand when I actually ordered a dual computer monitor so that I would be able to have two active screens at a time. I have been going back and forth with them claiming that my correct order is on it's way since October. I understand with covid going on that there is some delay but it only took them 3 weeks to send me the wrong item so why is it taking so long to get the correct order.

I'm so p****d I place this order so that I would help me with doing my online courses and I still haven't gotten my order yet.
