I was tricked into buying several when I only ordered one of the ear wax cleaners from Tvidler. As I was providing my details on Tvidler.com, a pop-up advertisement appeared, and in order to move it, I clicked it. Then it said I had bought four. I now have 5 coming and the payment has already been taken. I have tried to contact them many times and no reply. This is unethical, tricking customers like that.

same story that repeats itself ! I ordered one they sent five ! and debited me for 5 !! sent emails and they stopped responding !! be warned !!

This is a scam. Ordered the Tvidler to which they added an extra item. Called 5minutes later to cancel and got a runaround. Items were delivered and you can return if you pay a restocking fee plus the return AND THE BEST PART IS THAT YOU MUST SEND IT TO LITHUANIA!!!! So more than you paid for their crappy item! Don’t buy. Rip off. SCAM!

Same thing happened to me. I TRIED to order one, and before I could successfully finish the order online, they charged me for three. As they had several pieces of personal information on me and they were obviously either incompetent or dishonest, I did the only safe thing I could think of: I changed my credit card number. A hard lesson for me but a good one.

Don't bother at this point. Also make sure you have as much protection enabled on your credit card since they may try to charge you again or worst.
