They are a scam. I ordered something and did not receive it. I filed a dispute through Paypal but they gave Paypal a phony UPS tracking number so Paypal denied my claim. I have an account with UPS and can see all shipments I received or even when labels with my name and address are created and nothing appears from them. I am disputing it through my credit card company now

They are a scam...I purchased and thank goodness it was through paypal and got my money back. They tried to say my product shipped but the weight was 12.5lbs, the product I bought was 54 lbs.

I may have been a victim to be scammed. I ordered a Sealy foam matress, queen size. Never got an update or confirmation about my order. Just my bank statement states it was a paid transaction. Waiting on shelly-hilole.com to email me back..nothing so far.I want a refund.

I too may have fallen victim. Found a pair of men's shoes for $30 less than normal. Paid approx $65 via PayPal, never received an order confirmation, and now no response through hilole.com website. Waiting to see if "shelly-hilole.com" will respond. Will be disputing/requesting a refund through PayPal. Kicking myself.

Yes...it is a scam page.
I placed an order almost a week ago. The price was only about $1 less than Walmart, and I wanted to support a smaller company so I placed the order.
First red flag: I didn't receive email order verification so I sent an email provided on their site - it came back as Delivery Incomplete.
They have also overcharged me. Originally my order total was $98.98 but three days later the charge with Paypal was $15 more.

I have contacted Paypal to notify and to try to get a refund.
