My husband purchased the Generac pressure washer from this company off of Facebook. They took the money off the card and never sent a confirmation email, nor a delivery. We never received our product. Filed a dispute with the card company and they are refusing to reimburse us.
I order patio furniture and never receive it, ordered it may 5 and paid extra for Express shipping; they are a scam and now I have to try to get my money back
Since I ordered from them in November I've been unable to receive my merchandise. But now since I have an address for them. I'm going to the address and do my own investigation. Face to face. Since we are on a fixed income. I'm beyond upset so if it's an actual company. The sh**t will hit the fan. I live about 30 minutes from the address they have posted on they web site. Shoptimzed is not a scam, but you have fake online stores using their logo illegally or without their consent.Shoptimzed has nothing to do with those fake online stores and are working to have them shutdown.

Open a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded. If you cannot get your order, you can at least get back your money
How bc I have been trying for 2 weeks now. I ordered a toolbox with express delivery and have got nothing. My bank told me I need to contact the seller but I can't find any info other than the charge on my statement which says Rigid. Ink and that is a filament company ib the UK and they have no idea what I'm talking about.

That is the same email that I received. I made a dispute with my bank and they refunded my money while they are doing their investigation.

I ordered the Nintendo Switch and never got any email confirmation but turns out to a scammer. Luckily, I was able to contact my bank and got my money back. If yall brought any items from that website, filed a dispute and get your money back!

Looked at the website, Got a direct email from ALFONSO FRANCOIS. He assured me that this was not a scam and that their were having "problems" with their customer service. He proceeded to message me back stating that the order would take 1-2 days after purchase date to be shipped then 7-14 days for it to reach the respected address. Proceeding to inform me to be patient and will believe I will receive my order soon, when I haven't even purchased anything yet. I'm not saying it isn't a scam but It seems pretty interesting that I have received rapid responses and no one else has.

I received my response entirely too quickly. I had just hit the send button and not even 10 seconds later I got the response you got. There is no way they read my long A** email and was able to respond that fast. I replied back and got almost the same exact wording. Some things were switched up a bit. I immediately went to my account to see when the payment was taken from my account. I ordered April 12th with fast shipping 3-7 days. Today is the 29th, way past the time frame. I also say payment was made to a Nose, Throat and Eye place. smh Dispute with my bank was made.
Found them on instagram selling dumbells sets. Trying to recover payment from credit card now.
