18769403428 Scam Calls with No Answer

I keep getting calls from telephone number 876-940-3428 but no one answers. The telephone number is from Jamaica, so I am assuming I am being contacted by lottery scammers.

Has anyone received similar calls from 8769403428 or have any information about the Jamaica telephone number. If you do, please leave it in a comment below.

This number started calling me recently since I signed up for wifI with flow. Is there a connection?
I blocked it on the 3rd calling!!!

I have been getting calls from the same number on my mobile phone and when I use my landline to call the number, no response - I mean it doesn't ring, just nothing until a busy signal comes in.
