It seems Direct Recovery Services or scammers are calling from 8448744226. People claimed to have messages or calls claiming they owe money and ask to make payment. If you have received a call from or have any information about 844-874-4226, please share in a comment below.

This number calls me about once daily, and last night they called my father's cell phone. I am not even sure how they got his number, I haven't been on his phone plan for about a decade. We don't even have the same last name anymore. He gave me an account number from the people, but I am not aware of any sort of bill that I would have missed.
Had a voicemail telling me it was confidential but they wanted to know if I intentionally did not pay or if it was an oversight to call them to discuss a payment which I never did. I didn't know what payment they were talking about and I never got the company's name from the voicemail so I wasn't about to call them back until I checked to see if they were for real or not which it looks like they're not. My voicemail was on March 15th so that must have been the time they were calling everybody with this scam
The message was sent to my son's cell and said he owed money for something and to call them. I called them and they kept trying to get money for a fake bill.
