Is digivinrecord.com a Scam or Legitimate Website? Digivinrecord

Can anyone tell me if Digivinrecord located at digivinrecord.com is a scam or a legitimate website? The only contact information available on the website is an email address. There is no physical address of the company and I cannot find out who is operating it and from where. I can cantact them via email but I am afraid the person on the other end can tell anything. So, I decided to research the company for myself.

The website said it is trusted by over 1,000,000 people in 50 countries but its domain or website name was registered 11 days ago. How can a newly created website gain so many people in such a short time? I do not trust the website.
