Their website address or domain name was registered for the first time only 8 days ago and their physical address is similar to this website: www.mbipa.ca. With so many fake Canadian law firms popping up, it is hard to know who to trust. It truly is a shame that whoever created this would put effort in to create internet backup to support this. After pulling up the website (which as said above was recently created) and seeing that the verbiage is fairly common, but does not name attorneys--I then checked out the "attorney" in the letter/fax by searching for his name with the Canadian Bar Association. This is something that can't be faked.
