Therefore, online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the same store. Online users who shopped at the fake store are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to cancel their transactions and refund their money.

Same thing happened to me. What can we do. Not trust anyone any more. WOW.
I never received my package over a month I was really looking forward to getting this tool set because I believed it was true . I got nothing, nothing ever came they kept telling me to go to my post office and check my neighbor's home and I did those things and none of that ever turned up my product. I contacted them several times. I looked at the tracking it just said when it got to United States it said delivered. They had the correct address and when I complained to them about it they only offered me a 10% refund then I complain more they gave me a 20% refund but not the full amount because they said they did ship it, so they're at a loss too. So just because they're at a loss I was at a loss that's not customer service they didn't even offer to reship it to me or anything the whole thing I believe is a scam and when I went to the post office they said it was the 11th time someone had come in there that day for something that was supposed to be delivered through China Post so this whole thing is a fraud. I don't believe any of the reviews I see on here, but you can believe this I never got my product and it was really bad because I needed it. So needless to say I'm very disappointed. I would give it 0 negative 3 stars if I could.
