Nooro appears to be an untrustworthy website claiming to sell body, foot, and knee massagers. We were unable to find an email address or physical address of the store. There is no way to verify the identity of the store owners or where they are operating from. Therefore, it is unwise to use your credit card or other forms of payment on a website you know nothing about.

Nooro-us.com has a lot of contact information for this company but according to the many BBB complaints, responding is minimal, some have received offers for other devices/items and ultimately a 30% charge for a return. Website claims a 90-day money back guarantee that hasn’t been honored, requiring intervention by the BBB. For many, the equipment was faulty, for others the device chosen did not work for the condition identified. Note: Trust Pilot has 3,217 reviews as of today for this company and their devices, the company has received an Excellent Rating on their site and 4.4 out of 5 stars overall. Will bypass using this company and continue researching ways to help a family member obtain relief from neuropathy with prescriptions.
