It comes in both email and text message. It stated that the seller of an item you recently purchased (gives an order number) violated procedure, therefore, a full refund will be issued, and you get to keep the item. I looked at all my orders for the past years, and their order number did not match anything I had purchased. They want you to provide the credit card information you used to purchase the item, which is a major red flag. The email and text look official, but please do not fall for this.
