Although I am beating myself up about this, I have found other letters from people that also used a Capital One before my issue, they requested the fraud division investigate and deny any further charges to the company to no avail. Had Capital One acted appropriately, my charge would have been denied. I am probably going to take Capital One to small claims court over this. They say I received my shed because I have a shipping label. The only problem is the label is for a shipment weighing .040 kg which means 1.410959 oz. Lightweight shed, huh!
