The link in the email message goes to a fake Hotmail, Outlook or Microsoft website, which will attempt to trick the cyber-criminals' potential victims into entering their usernames and passwords on it. If the potential victims enter their Microsoft Outlook, Hotmail, Live usernames and passwords on the fake website, it will be sent to the cyber-criminals behind the email scam, who will use the information to hijack their accounts.
Recipients who have received the same email message are asked to go directly to their email account instead of clicking on the links in the email message. And, if there is anything wrong with their accounts, it will be shown to them after signing into account.
And, recipients of who have been tricked by the phishing emaill are asked to change their Microsoft Hotmail/Live/Outlook password immediately. And, if they are unable to, they should click here to report it to Microsoft.

I received an email that said I should change my security settings and they would be changed 30 days later. I then received another email saying this had been implemented but since then I have not been able to receive any emails on my Hotmail accountWhat do I do now?
Try changing your password.
I just got it. It is a phishing scam. It asks you to correct the info at: tlookservercanada. tr3r.from-il.com That link brings up another link: http://stenniss.com/hotonlineohtoottt/index.php. Which is a fake page that looks like one from Microsoft, but is NOT. That page steals your password and username. This is not even a very good scam, for reasons I won't expose here, in case they correct them.Learn more at: http://www.zonealarm.com/ or at: https://www.us-cert.gov/.
