The cybercriminals behind the fake website will use another website and change the name once the current website has been taken down. Therefore, only shop on popular and reputable websites. And, for online users who have already used their credit cards on the website, are asked to contact their banks for help. They should let their banks know that they have unknowingly used their credit cards on an untrustworthy website.

Thank you for letting me know of this company being fake, I contacted my Bank & got a refund.

The funny thing is they continued to tell me it was being delivered even on the 26th Australia Day, nobody was working then.

Just love some of their tracking terms ie: Delay. Temporary volume surge, Arrived overseas Into customs, Clearance in Progress, Released by customs, Arrived at sorting center, Sent to delivery office, Submitted for delivery, Undeliverable Misrouted & Delivered to front door.

The best tracking I have ever had for thousands of parcels I have purchase or sold only problem in their case is NO PRODUCT ever sent.

    Regards Arthur

My purchase on Dec.24,2017 of power tools was never received. Tracking on the sugarew.com site shows that the package was delivered to my door today Jan 30. I contacted my MasterCard company and they tell me the charge to my card was put thru as a Leather and Luggage company from China in their currency which converted to much more than the tool purchase.

My card company has refunded me the amount and they will recoup it from the people it was paid to. Tool charge was to be $116.00 Canadian and the Charge was actually $149.61 Canadian.
