Monavy and their plastic 33.00 smart phone tele-lens are no good! Cost me 37.97 to receive the plastic junk in the mail (shipping of 4.97 that's not refundable)! Wouldn't fit my phone with case and even if it would have it didn't work as advertised.

I found the same item in Rite Aid for $7.99 on sale. With several emails back and forth I was able to return it at my expense and to receive a refund of 26.40 of the original 37.97 I paid them.

They still made profit off me. It cost me 11.57 plus my return postage to learn! I got nothing and they got a profit. Charged me 7.00 in handling to put it back in stock to sell to some other unsuspecting soul.

Monavy is a RIP-OFF!! Big time!! Check Rite Aid, Walmart, other stores. Same item for $8-$10!

telephone lens for iPhone camera is a piece of junk. I haven't found were to return it to, if, indeed, I can get a refund at all.

Worst service ever. This is the 10th day waiting for my refund still nothing. Do not buy anything from these scammers.

I will be contacting my bank for fraud as well as calling the BBB.

Just a heads up regarding the telescope may be interested in …..the hd12X zoom is a toy, it is not what was used to make those fantastic zoom images....Monavy are trying to cheat you, here's how.....

BEWARE The deception here is Monavy show a zoom footage from HD360 zoom. The link sends you to order a hd12 zoom, which is a toy. Monavy are CHEATING you.
