Is Starkiny an Untrustworthy Online Store?

AVOID this store at all cost! I placed an order in October 2019 for a top, a dress and black converse gym shoes with studs. I never received the top nor the dress. I received the gym shoes but they are not converse and they are not the shoes I ordered on the website. NEVER AGAIN!

Don't order anything from this site - really poor quality and virtually impossible to return anything, absolute waste of money!

They're cheaters! They grab you for money! For undelivered goods do not return money. Delivered goods are of good quality from aliexresss, which will send you 3 months from China.

Ordered in Oct. 2019 some small items (gloves), came 2 months later and was polyester (not like in picture). Despite repeated reminders, 4 sweaters still have not shipping yet. Stay away from this store, very very disappointed.

Well ordered from them last September. Not recieved anything. What an awful on line store. Would advise everyone to stay away. I've sent emails nothing back. Appalling.

Attention poor quality product.
My partner ordered from this site. The order arrived incomplete 1 1/2 months later. The sweaters supposed to be cotton are made of polyester.
The sweaters do not look like the photo. And after contact with sav discovery that it is a Chinese site. Exorbitant return costs borne by the buyer. Even if the seller sold an illegal item.

Exactly as above. My order was made 12/10/2019 - part of the order came but I am still waiting for trousers to be delivered.
I am being given an endless list of poor excuses.

I ordered some tops from this company which were nice but I ordered some black cotton trousers with straps and the ones that came were cheap polyester. Still waiting for label to send goods back for refund. Also ordered a cardigan on 26th Sept and have still not received it despite several emails to them. They keep fobbing me off with stories of lots of orders to fill so be patient!!!!!! Offered me discount. So I said send me the item registered mail. Im so angry coz some of the stuff was so nice then get c**p like this. Will never use them again

I ordered at the end of September, still nothing! I've contacted them several times without any replies.

I made an order back in October received half my order but not the rest, countless emails resulting in pathetic excuses like they got a backlog or its way. Utter rot company's like this should be named and shamed exploiting people who have worked hard for their money.

I ordered some trousers from Starkiny £40. Ordered on 4/11. Said 15/20 day delivery. I still have no item. Several emails to them and they reply with excuses so I asked for saying a refund they said we have despatched your order. Waited another week so I emailed them asking for a due date of delivery and got a reply that due to high demand of this item my order has been delayed. I now have to fun of trying to get a refund. So annoyed with the lies.
