Review of shopliva.com - is it a Trustworthy Online Store?

They are a fake site I ordered 2 items an sent them bk an the address is a fake as well the items came bk ..now the response fron emails ...it was a name they use emily ... shes a fake as well .... an ip person could find them from the email address ...but they gonna get caught one way or another ...I warn not to ever buy ..they advertise on instagram so dont buy ...

Emailed them last June to return the watch and I got responses and they told me they will refund my money but it’s October already and haven’t received the refund yet.They are truly a scam.Don’t buy from them anymore.

Ordered watch on the 25July.... got satisfied as could not pair with phone. Returned to get my refund (very expensive) several emails later (now 13th September) still ko moneyn in my bank account!

I ordered a watch from ShopLiva. It arrived on time. Nice device but did not suit me. I wanted to return it and requesting a refund.
I received a return address and sent it back notifying Shopliva the page was on the way.
All good. IRecieved an email advising a refund had been completed 12th August 2019
Many emails later, 10th September, still no refund.
Hmmmm... I wait and hope...

Shopliva is indeed a scam website. I was silly enough 2 order 2 fit-bit watch and an earphone. Items never reached me and nobody response at all from them. It has been 3 months since.

Beware of Shopliva and be warned not to buy anything from this site.

ShopLiva is the biggest fraud and scamming website and please please don’t buy anything from them. They charged me twice and after canceling y products they never refunded my money and it is over two months now. I have tried everything but now I am complaining to authorities

Same here, I buy iwatch I ask for a refund from 2 months. I mail them but they reply 2 to 4 working days from 2 months. It is a fake company. Emily mail once after nothing. I just want my refund.

Those we paid and haven't got the watch is there any way of getting money back. I have also paid in June and haven't heard anything. Emily responded once when I ordered, then no emails at all. I am sure it's a cheat company.

I ordered one smartwatch but they charged me for two and it was in US dollars and I cancelled my product within two minutes as soon as I realized that I am charged twice but till this day 6 weeks I haven't received my refund.

I have send dozens of emails and they have replied that money is refunded but I didn’t receive it. Now I am going to take legal action.

They have stolen my money, their iwatch is a fake, is a basic smartwatch that does not cost what they charge and no working very well with Iphone, neither brings all functions that they said it has, the video they show in their advertising is a fake too. Seeing that this site claims to be in USA and so many bad reviews, why not report them? I think all of us should do this and see if they do not at least shut them down.

Yes, I am a victim, I returned the product and never got my refund I have emailed them several Times and they said they refunded the money but never got the credit to my card. They emailed me a screenshot of a return credit that had no card number, not even the last four digits. Yes, I do want to make sure they are shut down. This company is fake
