Dear all, I ordered, paid and never received the goods. The supplier has offered me a refund of 50% which of course I have not accepted. In his last mail, he wrote:"Dear Betty,So sorry for the trouble caused.Sorry, this is the best solution we can offer. If you can't accept it and can't understand us, we have no other way. This will be our last reply to you.If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us again.Best regards,JenniferCustomer Service Center"This is really a very frivolous company where I would not order anymore.Take care Betty
Just purchased 2 sets of HOCOOLAR containers from info-gear1best.com and could not find out if the order was approved or sent. I used a credit card for the purchase. Can you help me?
Try contacting them, and if you are to reach them, open a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded.
