I also ordered Robots and have not received them. I paid to PayPal, I don't understand. I thought that since I was paying though PayPal my money was safe

I did on Nov. 4. Special deal buy one get one free. Just received one the other day.After looking up the web address for anything to contact them, I found out they are not a reliable company .
This is a scam website. I saw an ad on instagram and clicked on it to purchase some hair extensions. The website looked legit and I used PayPal to pay for it. I am so glad I didn't actually put my credit card on the page.I never received the item, it has been 2 months, 8 weeks total and they sent me a bogus tracking number that can only track in China and not in the U.S. I emailed him many times and he said just wait a few more days. BS! They just charged my account and sent nothing. Stay away!
Purchased from this website. They sent the wrong item and argued with me that it was the correct item. Tried to resolve through Paypal and Paypal ended up closing the case in the seller's favor, even though the seller did not make a response to my response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! Why does Paypal work with such a dishonest company?

baduct.com is a scam. I ordered something off them and tracking number is invalid so please don't buy from them
Please, please, please stay away from this company. Ordered products early July, received email to say they were shipped mid July with invalid web address and tracking number.Products never received, luckily I paid through PayPal and have just received an email saying that I will receive a refund which can take up to 30 days. That will be a total of three months that I am out of pocket.Don't go near them, they make out like the products are coming from the US but it seems to be from China.
I agree the company sold me a product that does not work at all.
