The so-called business refused to refund customers or cancel orders nor did they provide shipment information to many. They had recently changed their store name from Kyoto Streetwear to Osaka Streetwear but remain to use the same contact information from their former name. Their products are ordered from AliExpress and they have been using the stock photos from well-established website to advertise the products as their own, even going as far are branding the items. Also on social media, they have been deleting reports of customer complaints.
