Send it back,sizes wrong, there not responsable, after back and forth,they told me to send it back to China, scammers,beware
Trying since Oct 2 to get my money back on defective electronic toy. Never worked out of the BAG it was shipped in from China. No paperwork, no receipt. No help - only intense struggle- from PayPal. I did ship it back, but it has been out for delivery to address in China 3 times. Now it is a depot in China. The address is probably a postoffice box. Saw on a Yahoo web page- shame on them for advertising such a unscrupulous company. Good luck working with customer service getting any money back.
Buyer beware. Received very smelly and much larger than the size marked. I am tossing them out. Don't. Want to pay return shipping to China and hope for refund.
Icoonoo sent me an incredibly wrong size - advertised "latest breakthrough in cold weather technology" for a 2XL men's pants. The pants I received had absolutely no breakthrough technology much less even an extra lining and the sizes fit me - 5'3" 95lbs. They are balking on giving me a full refund and offered a measly $10 and I could "keep the items". I want my money. I want them to send me a return mailing with shipping sticker.
They did the same to me. Please go report them to the BBB. I did. If we get enough people t report them, PayPal will drop them and we may even get our money back.
Same happened to me. I purchased several items that are way way too small and they offered a refund if I ship back to them where shipping costs more than their crappy product. They only offered me $5.00 to keep the items. I am livid. I, too, want my money back and want them to send me a return shipping label.
