Online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the same store. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

I ordered 3 summer dresses that were extremely inexpensive ( total order $103.00 u.s.) . The pictures online were lovely and looked cute and substantial. I placed the order the first week of May and received 2 dresses 2 months later. I just received the 3rd today, July 15,2020.

I normally wear a medium or large depending on cut/fabric and decided to order size large as if the dresses were a little big I could have them altered.

Ok, now that they are in hand let me evaluate them. My disappointment started when I opened the first package and found the fabric extremely thin and cheap. The fabric on one of the dresses reminded me of a cheap Halloween costume! . The flare and cut was NOT as depicted in the online photos.

When trying on for fit,I found them to be cut small especially in the chest area. I gave the first delivery of 2 dresses to my girlfriend who is 25lbs lighter than I and; the dresses fit her the same - tight in the chest. Also, 1 of the dresses was listed as a minI dress but is so short it is a tunic to be worn with pants. ( by the way my girlfriend and I are 5’2” and 5’3” tall)

Today’s received dress is very cute but completely see through. It is a thin all over eyelet fabric. It requires a full slip ( who has one?) and should have had a lining. If it fit I might wear it a a bathing suit cover-up.

All in all, I am extremely disappointed with my purchases and will not endeavor to purchase items from Facebook ads from unknown sources. Suffice it to say lesson learned for $103.00.. Buyer beware!

I ordered on April 23rd and just received the merchandise on July 6. Two of the three items are not the color I ordered, and all are very poor quality. Don't fall for this scam!

unfortunately I fell for this site too on Facebook. I received two or three items, which are poor quality. They will not refund the missing item and have offered 20% if I keep the other two. I will be reporting them to PayPal as well. I wish I had checked this first!

Wish I had seen this page before I ordered from them. I just got my order and its horrible. One of the dresses has hole in it. Can't fill out the customer service form and after reading these posts I'm just going to tell Paypal they need to pursue the refund for me.

I never received the goods and they emailed saying the goods had not been sent due to Covid. So I smelt a rat and demanded a refund. They fobbed me off with various excuses but I kept insisting on a refund. I reported them to PayPal who opened a dispute. Then Licala offered me a refund less 20% - I refused. Then they kept trying to get me to stop the dispute - they were very insistent. PayPal found in my favour and refunded me. Licala are still bugging me to end the dispute but I told them it’s out of my hands and up to PayPal!

I also reported them to Face Book and their page seems to have been removed.

Pay the safest way

Hang up the phone. Do not reply to emails, messages, or letters that the scammer sends. Do not make any more payments to the scammer. Beware of additional scammers who may contact you claiming they can help you get your lost money back.

Secure Your Finances

  • Report potentially compromised bank account, credit or debit card information to your financial institution(s) immediately. They may be able to cancel or reverse fraudulent transactions.
  • Notify the three major credit bureaus. They can add a fraud alert to warn potential credit grantors that you may be a victim of identity theft. You may also want to consider placing a free security freeze on your credit report. Doing so prevents lenders and others from accessing your credit report entirely, which will prevent them from extending credit:

Check Your Computer

If your computer was accessed or otherwise affected by a scam, check to make sure that your anti-virus is up-to-date and running and that your system is free of malware and keylogging software. You may also need to seek the help of a computer repair company. Consider utilizing the Better Business Bureau’s website to find a reputable company.

Change Your Account Passwords

Update your bank, credit card, social media, and email account passwords to try to limit further unauthorized access. Make sure to choose strong passwords when changing account passwords.

  • Local Law Enforcement: Consumers are encouraged to report scams to their local police department or sheriff’s office, especially if you lost money or property or had your identity compromised.
  • Federal Trade Commission: Contact the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) at 1-877-FTC-HELP (1-877-382-4357) or use the Online Complaint Assistant to report various types of fraud, including counterfeit checks, lottery or sweepstakes scams, and more.
  • Identitytheft.gov: If someone is using your personal information, like your Social Security, credit card, or bank account number, to open new accounts, make purchases, or get a tax refund, report it at www.identitytheft.gov. This federal government site will also help you create your Identity Theft Report and a personal recovery plan based on your situation. Questions can be directed to 877-ID THEFT.

Phishing emails and text messages often tell a story to trick you into clicking on a link or opening an attachment. You might get an unexpected email or text message that looks like it’s from a company you know or trust, like a bank or a credit card or utility company. Or maybe it’s from an online payment website or app. The message could be from a scammer, who might

  • say they’ve noticed some suspicious activity or log-in attempts — they haven’t
