Is Vozmoce a Scam? See the Review of the Online Store

Hello.. I was trying to purchase motorized bikes, 4 wheelers & generators- all priced for less than 10% of what they normally sell for- so I decided to do a little research.. I found 3 separate websites all doing the same thing & I was personally scammed for almost $100 on a generator & a 4 wheeler.. The scamming sites are: katzonlinemall.com
vozmoce.com and
Cloud yuqu LLC- a company in China that has a web domain just outside of Wichita, Kansas

I ordered may 8, and still nothing!! I think I used my debit card. Is there anything I can do to recoup my losses?

it is 100% fake and a scam, dont trust it. I found out the hard way.

paypal will not refund my money they said its because the seller provided a tracking number which they did and when I got it it was a pair of socks

I researched some more about vozmoce.com. If you do a search of their contact email address: cpcustomer-188.com , you will find that it is linked to a number of sites, many of which have been shut down and all have been complained about. People are saying that they are receiving items, but it is not what they ordered- like a sock, or a mask. So, needless to say...we are all getting something, just not what we ordered. I seriously doubt that it will be worth what we paid for it either. I am glad I went ahead and initiated a dispute with PayPal. I highly encourage anyone else affected by this to do the same.

You are correct! My sister and I both ordered one each on 4/30/2020 and today 6/12/2020 we received 1 pair of white $.99 socks. We both filed claims with PayPal and reported them as fraud.

They are a scam, do not Order from them.
I ordered something and I did not get what I ordered, just a pair of socks.

Gotcha :-D Yea, I saw that from other people too when I was researching them. PayPal backs you up for 60 days. Please initiate a dispute with them.

I ordered a mower for $99.00 and have received nothing. Also ordered 2 lounge chairs. No show on those too

That is not vozmoce. It could be one of their other sites. I know they have one for playground equipment too.

I ordered April 26th, still nothing. There is a tracking number and it says clothes on PayPal. Has anyone received anything?

Yes I ordered the same day as well, and for now, it does show that the tracking number is real, and something is being shipped, go to PayPal, copy and take the USPS tracking number provided from them while also emailing PayPal to open a dispute, this is for 2 reasons, one to cover yourself, and two, Paypal will get in contact with them and force them to respond, which they have done for me, I received a few emails for them, letting me know, because of COVID 19 all CSR's are very minimal and that my transaction was being processed, and it has and I was able to track it since then, and it's in transit via international parcel, the update comes in English as well as Chinese, which you can also use google to translate and they both say the same thing, so my dispute is still in and PayPal stays in contact with you, and acknowledges it won't close the dispute case until you received your package!

Keep in mind that they may have already contacted you, because I found my confirmation email in my spam junk folder, and have been able to track the package and it's moving every few days or so, supposedly in my direction!

I went ahead and initiated the dispute. I had emailed the people with vozmoce at that weird email address that comes with it. They were answering me until I asked why it was listed as clothing with Paypal...then *crickets.*

I have been tracking both of mine. Both are now handed to the airlines. China Post says it takes 15-40 days for it to reach USA...so, we shall see. I am getting something lol

Just to let you all know... once it leaves China by China Post, USPS will not pick it up until it reaches the US and China Post will not show anything either. It will just say something like it was handed to airlines with China Post, then it will sit there for days or weeks not showing any change until it reaches the United States. We shall see. We all seem to have actual registered tracking numbers.

I ordered a quad and a go-kart. I have been tracking the shipping. My concern is that it is marked clothing on PayPal. I emailed them asking why it said that on PayPal. They have been answering me within a couple of days, so I am waiting for a response to this explanation. PayPal will back me up for 60 days. I am watching the clock. We ordered ours on May 2nd. One is billed as Pinkney LLC and the other is Laude LLC.

Also, China Post said that once it says it has been handed to the airline, it takes about a week to leave China then another 15-40 days to reach USA. USPS will not have any updates until it reaches here, but you all can go on the China Post tracking site and track your stuff yourself. I am still very leery. They also have another identical site that has swing sets and playground equipment. If I end up getting the quad and go-kart I am going to order the playground equipment too. I am not giving up yet though~! As long as it still shows that it is on the way, I am going to believe that...however, is it really going to be what I ordered? I am just not sure how they could sell some supposedly worth thousands for about a hundred bucks lol

No. Both are on the airlines. It takes 15-40 days to get to the US, so I am patiently waiting for USPS to pick up the tracking number as soon as it gets to the states.

It will keep the same tracking number. You can go to USPS and enter the tracking number and sign up for alerts. Then you will receive an email once it is picked up by USPS in the states.

Ok, it did said my package is on its way here by Friday so I guess I will see what it is , has PayPal given you your money back?

No, but I left a message with them as to what the situation was and they have assured me it will be resolved by June 27th and in my favor.

My package says it is coming today so we will see what o get

You guys should try tracking your packages thru China Post. It takes a while to get here from China. I am getting something...just not sure if it will be what I actually ordered lol

I ordered mini buggy from Facebook and they keep sending numbers thru PayPal; if their scams you need to stop them. USPS was last confirmation number. I contacted Postmaster General. With all numbers
