Is Abetterlady a Scam? Review of the Online Store

I ordered 4 charcuterie boards on 3-1-21 and never received them. They mailed a bracelet that was not ordered. They answered my email several times requiring me to send pictures of what I received. It is 5 months later and I have received nothing but empty promises. They now refuse to answer my emails. Total scam.

Abetterlady are online thieves. I ordered a toolset on april 20, 2021 which they never delivered. all email enquiries to them since went undelivered. A scam online seller.

Absolutely a scam. We ordered a bassinet when we found out we were expecting. Several months later the tracking number says it was delivered but we never received it. After countless emails they stopped replying. No bassinet and no refund.

I ordered the nugget ice maker and screen shot my receipt with PayPal and have sent 5 or 6 emails and can't get an answer...

Definitely a scam....I ordered a couple of pool items for my niece...She received a package of underwear.....Not worth the $136 I spent on the original items!!!!! do not use this site for any purchases!!

Absolute con artists! Similar experience to other uses. You do not receive the item you order and pay for. They send out a load of rubbish so as to,prove they have used a tracking number. Paid via PayPal but they wouldn’t refund as an item was sent ( pair or pants) !, PayPal really should be held to account they do not protect your money for this scamming company. I lost my money. Don’t lose yours just avoid this company and publicise them as much as you can. They are fraudsters and thieves and should be held to account!

These people are complete scumbags !!!!!!!! I’m reading these comments and unfortunately I got screwed also , I ordered the worx s***w gun with other items and also received a ladies 4x sports bra . DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE COMPLETE SCUMBAGS THIEVES AND HAVE NO REMORSE FOR RIPPING PEOPLE OFF , I lost 50 dollars and it’s the principal behind it, I don’t trust anybody anymore!! Legitimate companies should go after these aholes to stop this con game , I wish I could find these a holes in person but unfortunately they’re cowards

I got SCAMMED out of 80 bucks; ordered an ice machine I got a pair of underwear; they way they get away with it is they show you were your item was delivered when they KNOW It wasn't; what you ordered they say oh well the tracking # says it was delivered.

I had been conned by paying us49.97 1 set electric tools order #7444 and parcel no. LP062389594CN. But the product I received after 1 month turned up to be 1 pc bra. What the brady company been cheated. I going to find that company and get refund back. Will report to police and put it the media and website regarding the scam. 😡🖕🖕🖕

Iv been reading that this is a scam . I hope not . I order a baby high chair on April 25.and have not hear a world. LY747014284CN. I guess I will go to bank and see about getting my money back and report them . I dont have money to throw away .J Payne.

On April 1st I purchased a bouncer chair for my baby from the online store a better it is now May 5th and I have yet to receive my product and the so-called company refuses to give me a refund.. thank God I used PayPal to pay them so that I can make a claim through PayPal and actually get my money back, I do not recommend anyone use this website to buy anything because if you do you are running the risk of a 50/50 shot of getting your product or even getting your money back, I just thank God that we used PayPal in order to make the purchase so that I can get my money back. Never ever shop with this store it is a joke

I bought a multI tool from this company who advertised it on Facebook Marketplace. So far I have had an email from Royal Mail saying it had left China over a week ago.
In anticipation of a scam I lodged a refund case through PayPal. Waiting for the PayPal May deadline date to escalate to a claim.

Same thing with me. Instead of the tool they sent me a ladies bra

Ordered the travel cot, waiting 6 weeks but never arrived. I emailed them after week 4 to be told to be patient then again on week 6 when baby was due to arrive. They send me a fake link to say travel cot had been delivered 19 days beforehand (why wasn’t this said on week 4 email? 🤔) they then told me to take it up with the delivery company which was Chinese but didn’t send me any contact details to get in touch. I ended up going through PayPal for a refund that is ongoing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! BIG SCAM

Ordered three Bras from this company. After three months received three bras all of the incorrect size to the ones ordered. Entered dispute with the company, who wanted me to return goods at my expense. Asked for a refund. Company told me they had a conscience and would despatch the correct size. Waited another three months and have received nothing. This company is a SHAM and consumers are advised to steer clear. Pathetic service and should be blacklisted.
