I ordered mascara from ad on QIUZCDE that said order one for $17.95 & comes with one free one! Hum I thought that was good& photo shows a Chinese guy applying the mascara in add to his his short lashes, which, miraculously got longer with each twirl from that mascara wand. So, I placed an order. I then 5 minutes later, inadvertently ordered the same product twice. I then immediately, sent out e-mail stating to please cancel out the 2nd order, as it was an error! Well needless to say it didn’t happen! I notice that on the first ordered placed, that they took out $44.99from account! When I sent I e-mail saying to cxl out the 2nd order, I also, asked why I was charged $44.99 for the product that advertised buy 1& 2nd mascara would be free for &17.95 &therefore, to please refund the overcharge! Just got an e-mail back five days later stating my order would be arriving 3-5 business days & no mention of canceling out 2nd order, or refund! So, I thought because it was a Chinese co. I would deal with the refund request once the product arrived! Well 5 weeks later, I received 9 boxes of mascara, all writing in Chinese. No company name on label etc! Total cost was $ 99.00 So yes, this was a BIG SCAM and, no my lashes didn’t miraculously get longer, horrible product!
