The Santan-Fraud scam text message below, which claims a transaction has been attempted, is being sent by cybercriminals. The phishing text message contains a link that goes to a fake Santander Bank website that steals account credentials, personal, or financial information. Remember, the legitimate Santander Bank website is located at www.santander.co.uk.

If you have been tricked by the Santan-Fraud scam text message into clicking the link in it and submitting your financial information on the fake website that you were taken to, please contact Santander Bank for help.

Had two different texts lately one on my registered number from santander - however the number is spoofed so its not actually santander it said - An attempt to add M AJIBOLA was denied. If this was not you please visit:prevent-addon-request.comAlso had the transaction attempted one to my husband who doesn't bank with santander

I got exactly the same text, only the time was different, 15.13. Luckily I don't believe anything anymore. What a sad world we live in.

My Text came from 07354450153 do not respond number does not appear to exist.
My message came from 07354 483928. A search for this number on Google came up with no matches so I don't think it's been reported previously. I have not got an account with Santander.
Also I am not with this bank so definitely a scam from this number 07517119871

I am not even with this bank or ever have been. Got message this afternoon. Now blocked. Interestingly have had a few odd messages since changed SIM to 02. Maybe need to check their security?
