Qowaer located at qowaer.com is a fake and scam online store claiming to sell holiday decorations and other products. Therefore, online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the same store. Online users who have shopped at the fake store are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions cancelled and money refunded.

Total scammers! Ordered something in February and to date, which is now June, still have not received merchandise. They give you fake tracking numbers or no tracking info. Then they tell you it was delivered, then oh it went to the wrong address and give you another fake tracking number. You will NEVER receive anything you order. Contacted credit card and got a refund.

Major scam. Purchased via ad on Facebook.
Calvin, Edgar and Starlight (customer service?) all interacted via email claiming it was delivered and I should check with my local logistical company. You could tell they were like Google translate emails. American names from a Chinese company and they cannot write in English. So many red flags but the Facebook ad got me. Facebook should vet the vendors better. Do not buy. Avoid!
