No, the Airbag Control Unit Settlement at www.airbagcontrolunitsettlement.com is not a scam. The class action lawsuit settlement is against Toyoto concerning certain vehicles (known as the “Subject Vehicles”) that contain certain ZF-TRW airbag control units (“ZF-TRW ACUs”). If you are included in the Settlement, you have legal rights and options and deadlines by which you must exercise them. The Settlement pays $78.5 million in cash and credits (the “Settlement Amount”) in addition to an Extended New Parts Warranty, loaner vehicle program, and other benefits.
