Recipients of the fake email message should not respond to it with their personal information or any other information that is requested by the senders. The fake email message was sent by scammers/cyber-criminals. Every month, thousands of these email messages are sent out by scammers/cyber-criminals to trick their potential victims into stealing their personal and financial information, which the same scammers will use afterward, to trick the recipients into sending them their money and financial information.
