I agree! They are untrustworthy!I ordered 2 Auto Cool fans. When they arrived, one would not workAnd I was told I would have to pay to have it shipped back.No offer to give me credit or ship me another.Also, I would think that these companies would have at least one person on staff that could communicate in English!
