I shop at shopmybest about 6 months ago, and until today I have not received the item.

Me too, was scammed for an amount of 388.88$.
My mum purchased a composting machine from this company... back on the 30th of December... let's just say she's given up and started her own compost in the backyard.She's also an immigrant who's English isn't crash hot. Lives 10 hours drive from where I live and I have done everything to get in contact with the website.The b**stards are ripping people off. They need to be dealt with....hopefully some prison time for fraud. I'm just more devo for my mum than anything. :(

I order a small portable garage for a motorcycle, never receive it and can't get a hold of them. $147.00/US taken off my credit card.These people should be hanged.
I've commented on similar news reviews about this site... My bank is also investigating. Who knows if I'll ever get my money back. This is truly fraud!
Do not use Shop my best. they advertise on face book. ordered an item for $160.00 on the 14th of January and have not received the item and now I happen to read about this b****y Shop my best. Be careful people don't let it happen to you.
I purchased an Item from this company on line in January, still have not received it it March. Would never purchase anything from them again.
I did the same for the value of $160.00 and this is March and not received the item and now have to admit I was robbed by these people.

Yes I ordered a composting machine on Facebook. Paid 100 dollors. they have not sent me the recipt. they sent me a cable after few weeks. I am trying to contact them. They don't even reply.
This is a scam They post on Facebooksale Food Recycler On Dec 2018, I bought it, the order # 1717, they charge me $69.89, but they didn't sent it to me.I asked them many time but they didn't answer.

I was scammed too! I thought Facebook would have reputable companies advise with them! Now the shopmybest.com website is down and their phone number is disconnected! Bummer!
FB, when you get so many complaints, why do you still allow them to advertise with you?
Too bad there is not a ZERO rating for ShopMyBest. I am afraid I was scammed as well. Hopefully CitiCard can refund this for me. Never again will I order from a company that pops up ads on FB or Pinterest.
