Is Awtoed an Untrustworthy Online TV Store?

I never received a tv and filed a claim. And today they reversed my claim and gave them my money. They claim that they delivered the tv which never came and now I must prove to my bank that this is an untrustworthy and fraudulent site in order to get my funds back.

The name of the US company that appears on my statement is Juliusjamesinc.com the number that they provide in order to contact them is a Global number that only takes messages and looks like they are based out of Arkansas.

I believe they are part of the scam and should be held accountable. We must file a class action lawsuit against this company and stop this scam from happening to anyone else.

I ordered 2 tv and never got them and cant find a number to reach them can you help

yes, I have stop payments too, dispute with cc, now did not get tv and they have stopped all emails.

Ordered a TV from them.
Nothing has turned up and they have stopped answering emails. Have now gone through bank to get money back.

Hello, I'm in the same spot. Its been almost three weeks and they keep telling me to hold on and wait a little longer and to track my package. what a $$cking scam they are. do not order from them.

This place is a total rip-off. Scamming a*s pos. They actually emailed me back several times saying that their going to issue me a refund and now they won’t even answer me back. I’m working with authorities to track these a*sclowns and then I’m gonna hit them where it counts.

Go to your bank and try to stop payment yes and no. Try to put a faults something on them so maybe you can get your money back.

Total scam, never shipped anything, no response to Email or voice mail.

It's all a fake the site everything. I not taking a lost that easy I should of known. LESSON LEARNED

I bought a 65 inch tv weeks ago. Never got a confirmation number or tracking info. I canceled it on my credit card. It's a scam. Make sure you don't use your personal bank card online.

And, cancel your credit card and get a new one to prevent the thieves from charging your card in the future.

I ordered from awtoed fo a tv, paid £91 for a tv, it’s only been two days but I’m beginning to be worried it’s a con, I hope not.
