I too placed an order for the interactive automatic dog ball launcher. I received a tennis ball. In order to receive a refund from PayPal I was asked to send the ball back with on line tracking. Ridiculous
I placed an order with this company in Dec. for an Interactive automatic dog ball launcher and never received it. Wen trying to contact this company for a reason for it not arriving and was met with this information.
