Is Dragonert VIP an Untrustworthy Online Store?

I placed an order in March. Have emailed sooo may times to get No response. First says it was delivered. NO no delivery . This is such a SCAM. I am trying to get my money back .

Same as everyone. Ordered a reclining camping chair back in May. Received two POS footstools aug 20th after multiple emails of where they were after 3 months of waiting. They offered a partial refund for these cheap POS footstools. DO. NOT. USE. THEM.

This place is a SCAM. I ordered a tennis ball launcher for my dog from them and they sent me a broken tennis ball. I tried to resolve with them and they told me they sent what I ordered. I reviewed the order and they are wrong. Not to mention it took 4 months to receive the broken tennis ball. Seeking PayPal to refund bogus sale.

I ordered 2 of the swinging chairs, Order #190810316702, May 6, 2020, and still have not received them although the money was taken from my bank. I expect a refund ASAP!!!!

I ordered 2 Ball Launchers in April 2020. I had an order # and tracking #. I waited and waited and then finally on June 8 a package showed up. I received 6 tennis balls!!! Not impressed and feel totally ripped off! Definitely not reputable!!!

On April 15, 2020 I ordered the ball launcher toy for my dog And was told delivery would take 7-10 days. I was given an order # , a receipt #, and an invoice #. Now 2 months later I haven’t received anything. I’ve tried to contact the company with no luck. AND I supposedly paid using PayPal but it doesn’t show up on my PayPal acct!!!

After a month and a day of waiting for my ball launcher, I got three tennis balls that look like they were made from preschoolers, Afraid to even throw them to my dog for fear of lead poisoning. I should’ve known this was a scam because of the price but I fell for it. I’m not done with them yet

I am being scam with the planetarium sale. I only recieved the discs and they say that theres no longer the rest of the product for sale. 40 dolars for two discs!

What can we do to have the money back?

Same here I ordered the ball launcher and received a tennis ball, I have sent approx 10 emails and they said they can offer me a 20% discount LOL so I should pay 20 euro for a tennis ball what a joke this company needs to be reported and removed

I also received just a tennis ball and lots of bs from PayPal ( PayPal said because the company provided a tracking number the product was delivered) . I did report it .I had trouble finding a way to contact the company because the link provided went to a domain that no longer exist. I finally got an email from PayPal though I am unsure who was writing it . But they claimed they were from the company and admitted to providing false information and offered a 10% refund.that means I paid 20 dollars for a cheap ball .

I also ordered the automatic ball launcher and received a tennis ball. I have sent 4 emails and each response insists it is my personal problem not a problem with their product. What a sham!!!! I expect a full refund immediately!

FYI - I had the same problem. Contacted customer service several times by email. Sent photos of the ball and packaging (only 22cm in length - far to small for the ball launcher). Last reply from them said I had received what I ordered. Contacted credit card company to cancel payment.
