STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ITEM ORDERED after 70 days. Defiantly a scam. I have requested my credit card carrier to reverse the payment.

WHALEGOT.COM, is definitely a (SCAM) I like other have ordered the Husky 61 inch Tool Chest Combo. The Vendor is out of Hong Kong, however the site list contact information of:

Email service@whalegot.com, Address: 3347 Sugarfoot Lane,Lafayette,Indiana, with a Telephone of 1 6146953635, which is never answered as a local customer contact number.

I received as I guess many have, e.g. confirmation of Order, as well Tracking numbers for item as offered. To this date there has been no delivery, nor has there been any emails returned or call answered. When I looked up the site: (Whalegot.com) and clicked the customer service link, it gave a number for support which when dialed was answered by a sports apparel entity. I was able to call my Bank and cancel the card, as well start a investigation on this.

This is most definitely a scam. I ordered a toolbox and they took my money after a week of trying to get info. I called my credit card company and canceled it but they already got the money, then a few weeks later I received a package with a cheap pair of knock off ray ban sunglasses from them which I did not order but this was so they could show that ups did deliver a package from them so my card company would see. I got an item from them so not order anything from them. I had to cancel my card and I’m out my money

I also ordered a Husky steel site job box and received a ladies purse. Called credit card company and filled a dispute and they gave me a credit and canceled my card and issued me a new car with new numbers. Whalegot is a very big scam company, stay as far away from this company or you will fall in the scam bracket.

I ordered a DeWalt power tool kit from whalegot but it didn’t give me no order number and hasn’t sent me no email. I have no history of it and I tried calling the number but it just kept on ringing repeatedly.

I also emailed the website still no response, the address is in Indiana but the phone number is Ohio and when I called my bank the money went to Ralph and Martha Ervin of Minnesota, Minneapolis.

I thought this was too good to be true, and almost tried it to see what would happen. I’m glad I did not. When I went to their terms and agreement legal page and looked under returns, it said only defective products are eligible for returns. The free shipping both ways looks good, but even that is highly suspicious. The cost of shipping a planer that weighs more than 20# will be the better part of the sale price. With that factored in the electric shop tool that is at least $300 is now being sold for $35.

The paragraph about the refunds tells about their internal review to see if something truly is defective. If you are approved the refund will be in the same form as the original payment

“in a CERTAIN number of days”

No way that is on the legal page. There are also both grammatical and proofing errors that would not appear in a real legal document.

I did not order from this company. Instead I will buy the product from an established company for, literally, 8 times the price. I will still get free shipping.

They and others such as Larrycloth, USNotion and The Bobo.

All of which I believe is scammed by the same person or persons. The reason I say this is, in order for them to get paid via credit card, they have to show proof of shipping. They send a small package weighing an ounce or so to an address other than the purchers.

Each of the companies I mentioned above send the package to the exact same name and address in the city you reside in.

Since the package has different name and address other than yourself, despite you having proof of purchase and the tracking number, the Postal Service views that package as what's written on the label and you can not do anything. You can't intercept it to see what is even being shipped.

Basically, you have no rights to that package.

Now, the Postal Service scans every package that goes through their system and takes a picture of the scanned items. The scanned item is your proof to your credit card that you where not in fact shipped what you purchased.

Get a copy of that picture, That's your only proof which is required by your credit credit that what they actually shipped was not the item purchased.

I also believe the people receiving the package are part of the scam.

I just stumbled onto this site (whalegot) after searching for a few days for a low price on a woodworking router. I found a listing on whalegot for $53, when it's around $300 everywhere you look. No taxes, free shipping. All I had to do was enter my contact and payment information. There was a Lafayette, Indiana address listed and a phone number (614 area code = Columbus, Ohio), but there was no answer after fifty rings. Then I looked up the company itself based on the address and landed here.

Best avoid this scam. I've probably already been traced by just opening the page.
