My husband, who is not internet savvy ordered these robots off of Facebook. To date, I have not received the robots ordered on December 20, 2019, or a refund. I am still working on this as the tracking number leads to a USPS facility in Chicago, IL, but I cannot get any further information. I for one would never have ordered them without doing research on the company, and every through Social Media like Facebook. So buyer beware!

Do Not buy anything from Dowfeel they advertise products and then what they actually send is nothing like what you think you have ordered. In my case bluetooth speakers which are like a child's toy and cost me $43 Aus each. After over 30 emails to them, they will not give me the 100% refund stated in their advertisment unless I pay the postage to send the product back to them, even though they told a pack of lies. I am certain that if I do this I still will not get my money back. BEWARE, they are a bunch of crooks!

      Yes they are!

  • February 21, 2020 at 1:15 PM by an anonymous user from: Largo, Florida, United States

I ordered this product twice. The first one was the wrong product, like everyone is saying, the arms and hands don't articulate and as to following commands, forget it! I haggled with the company via email for weeks; finally getting them to give me a partial refund and keep the product. The second order, I, again, was sent the wrong robot. This one I'm not sending back; I'll continue to get some money back from them, but not holding my breath!

Crooks who ask you the same questions over and over even though you have sent you what they ask.

I did receive my two robots - ordered for my grandchildren for Christmas presents - but the robots do not do everything that they are advertised doing. If they fall over, they do not get back up again - their arms in fact do not move as shown in the video. I was really disappointed as I thought my grandchildren would really enjoy the interaction with their robots as shown in the advertising.

I ordered a robot for my grandson for Christmas and he did not get a gift from me. I ordered it 12-7-2019 and today, 1-9-2020 it has still not arrived!

I bought the robot and it does not do what your advert shows. It does not sing, get up when down and does not pick things up.

Did they send you the address for the return? Interesting that the order says "Use for 14 days"; while the return policy says "Apply for return within 14 days" and "Please contact our Customer service at dowfeel.com to get the return address," BUT the product page says both "30 days money back" AND "Try it for 60 days risk free!"

I've got two emails in so far, with no response.

I too, join the many others that ordered from Dowfeel in good faith and got scammed. Paid for quicker delivery to insure the gift for four of my grandchildren would be here on time. Now, with 3 days to go, I got nothing. There are some sick peoples out there!

    • January 3, 2020 at 12:55 PM by an anonymous user from: Redmond, Washington, United States

I also got duped by this company. Ordered smart watch and a Lawrence robot for my grandsons Christmas. It's positively shameful of people who do this.

    • January 16, 2020 at 2:18 PM by an anonymous user from: Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, United States

Contact your credit card company and file a dispute. Citibank lets you do this online, but you may have to call the number on the back of your card. Federal law is on your side when you use a credit card.

  • December 18, 2019 at 8:14 AM by an anonymous user from: Sunnyvale, California, United States

I ordered a robot in good faith. I did not see any details for terms and did notice a few spelling and grammar errors. I did not get a confirmation and will seek to get my $ back. Beware!
