First I asked to correct my error as input wrong discount of 10% vs 20% when they advised delayed delivery. It was not even acknowledged and they shipped me the wrong product. Their website is confusing as it states GARDEN SOLAR LIGHTS yet they sent me LED light bulbs that are in no way solar. I asked for a full refund and then the communication went sideways. They finally offered the $23.97 refund and I could keep the product, which I did not want nor ordered. I asked for a min of 50%,as shipping return was more then the cost, and they processed this refund instead. Their communication lacks professionalism as their replies question your intelligence. Never order from these people!an anonymous userhttps://www.onlinethreatalerts.com/users/#an-anonymous-userApr 30, 2019 at 5:00 PM by Is lizcli.com an Untrustworthy Online Store?an anonymous user from: Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United StatesI purchased what I thought to be solar garden torches but instead I received LED light bulbs. The explanation I got was that I ordered standard not advanced, which was not clear when I ordered, and the email confirmation I got clearly said SOLAR garden lights with a picture I what I wanted. They have been unwilling to refund my money or put it towards the product I wanted.
