I have been trying to resolve this for months and have had nothing but a run around. First I asked to correct my error as input wrong discount of 10% vs 20% when they advised delayed delivery. It was not even acknowledged and they shipped me the wrong product. Their website is confusing as it states GARDEN SOLAR LIGHTS yet they sent me LED light bulbs that are in no way solar. I asked for a full refund and then the communication went sideways. They finally offered the $23.97 refund and I could keep the product, which I did not want nor ordered. I asked for a min of 50%,as shipping return was more then the cost, and they processed this refund instead. Their communication lacks professionalism as their replies question your intelligence. Never order from these people!
I purchased what I thought to be solar garden torches but instead I received LED light bulbs. The explanation I got was that I ordered standard not advanced, which was not clear when I ordered, and the email confirmation I got clearly said SOLAR garden lights with a picture I what I wanted. They have been unwilling to refund my money or put it towards the product I wanted. NEVER BUY from this company>
They scam me of $24.89 dollars for cell phone holder that it open and close by its self; be careful to order from them; my order was from January 31 2019.
I have had the same experience. First they didn't send anything. Then when I complained enough they just sent light bulbs not solar bulbs as was advertised. Fortunately I paid with PayPal so I will hopefully get a refund.
I also ordered solar flare lights for $40. They looked amazing In the ad. However, I received only light bulbs. Emailed lizclI several times and all they said is I got what I ordered. Very misleading advertisement! Bad company!
Sent for solar lights. Received electric bulbs. They sent email asking how I liked solar lights. Told them they sent electric. They stated that is what I ordered, again, they asked me how I liked my SOLAR YARD lights.
The same thing happened to me and I sent photos of what they sent. They said I needed a # from invoice. There was NO invoice. And yes, I ordered Solar Yard Lights and received 8 s***w in light bulbs! I believe I ordered off of Facebook and the lights looked amazing.Any suggestions as what to do next? I was told to not mail them back to the address where they came from (China) but they would give me an address. Help!
Open a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded.
Ordered two automatically adjustable cell phone holder with charger for $35.82. Received a cheap version of non-adjustable holder w/o charging capability. Tried to resolve the issue through emails and was finally informed that what I ordered was what I received. To resolve the issue would cost $10 for S/H from me; therefore, to save me money, I could keep the product and receive a partial refund of $4. No thanks. Buyer beware!
Ordered what was supposed to be solar light for $70.00. What I actually got were light bulbs. They did tell me that for another $100.00 they would send the light fixtures also.No thanks.
