The website, honebrawn.com, is an untrustworthy online store claiming to sell wigs. Online users are advised to stay away from the untrustworthy website because those who shop from it run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded. They should also have their banks help them prevent the cybercriminals who are operating the website from continuously charging their credit cards.

Complete scam. Also trading as Herswig. Pop up adverts on social media. Sent the wrong glueless wig and the quality was poor. When contacted they said that they can only offer a 20%refund and that I could keep the product. 40% if sent back. I was also informed that I would incur an additional cost for shipping. Approximately £15.00. Absolutely shocking. Do not buy from them.

I did receive the product but it was so cheap and matted looking by the time I received it. Then I emailed to every address listed trying to get a refund and all I got was generated system emails. This is a horrible company that uses the worse hair for wigs, you will not be happy with if after you receive it and they have no intentions on refunding your money. A straight rip off, do not do any business with this place.

I was just scammed by them. Purchased products and never received. Very angry.
